Chief Product Officer

As Chief Product & Technology Officer, Ron is responsible for product strategy and execution, leading the 3G product management and product marketing teams to deliver exceptional products with strong customer value and ROI. Ron has more than 25 years of operating experience as a CPO, CTO, and senior executive. He has led product teams across a wide spectrum of business-critical cloud/SaaS software applications including in ERP, CRM, field service, document management, and TMS/shipping software. Ron’s leadership style is fueled by a passion for creative problem-solving and collaborative-teamwork to create cloud software solutions for thorny business problems.

During his career, Ron has launched many new cloud software products and built new businesses or business units. Before coming to 3G, Ron co-founded Pacejet as the first cloud-based enterprise shipping software platform, leading the product, marketing, and partnership efforts that delivered 50%+ year-over-year sales growth 3 years in a row, achieved Oracle-NetSuite partner of the year, won multiple FedEx Gold and Platinum partner awards, and led to the merger with 3G. Prior to that, Ron launched multiple ecommerce, field service, ERP software products at Symix/Frontstep which were acquired and rolled-up into the Infor ERP portfolio and launched the first web-based document management product at IDI/Battelle, eventually rolled-up into the OpenText portfolio. Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Capital University.
